Fitness Programs
I have spent years on creating each program for myself and clients. They are proven and will guarantee results. To clarify, once I create a program for a client, I first test them out for myself. None of these programs are impossible. Keep your goals in mind, believe, and you will be able to achieve.
The programs below are not for all levels of fitness. Some are more advanced than others. Make sure to read the descriptions so you are aware of what you are signing up to complete. Example: if you are a newbie to the gym, I do not recommend the GVT Fitness Program. Select only what you know or simply email/text me with any questions.

I was a NPC Bikini champion competitor, I only feel comfortable with building a Bodybuilding Bikini Competitor programs. Posing, everything show day, and attire advice is included. (if in another division, email me. I will suggest a champion in that division or their coach.)

OCR (Obstacle Course Race) Fitness Program

Some OCR examples: Spartan, Warrior Dash, Tough Mudder, Savage, etc. Even though this popular OCR fitness space is growing, this OCR Program will guarantee your success for any race.
