Go to your local nutritionist or doctor and they will might give you a packet of what foods to eat/not eat. To me, I want specific amounts in my meals customized to my body and my goals. My father has RA ( rheumatoid arthritis ) and went to see a nutritionist. I was shocked to hear how much he had to pay (after insurance) for a packet of anti-inflammatory foods. My father is amazing but not at nutrition. He glanced at it, then went back to his normal nutritional ways.
We need guidance when we are going into the unknown. If we don't have that guidance, we are more than likely not to going to follow through.
